Welcome to Estalem! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Estalem. Estalem operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Estalem is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our website or purchasing any products, you may be asked to provide certain information (e.g., email address, billing, payment, and shipping information). You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to provide accurate representations of our products and services. However, colors or product appearance may differ depending on your device and its settings.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations or exactly match depictions.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person or region.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Estalem reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until Estalem confirms acceptance and payment is received.

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@estalem.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Exceptions: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Exchanges: Return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. Banks/credit providers may take additional time.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of purchase, shown in your confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, and import duties.
You agree to provide current, accurate purchase and payment information and promptly update your account (including credit card details) to complete transactions.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped on the second day after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
We currently ship only within Lebanon. Orders are typically delivered within up to 3 business days after dispatch.
Shipping fees are $4 per order, with free shipping available on orders over $40.
All deliveries are handled by Uniparcel.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@estalem.com immediately. We will issue a refund after verifying the damage.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the Services (trademarks, text, graphics, images, video, design, etc.) is owned by Estalem or licensors and protected by law. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties. Use is at your own risk and governed by the third-party provider’s terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for content, accuracy, or transactions on third-party sites. Use them at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Estalem is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide Services. However, all sales are directly between you and Estalem. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, damages, or losses.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. This website was built in partnership with Triogen; however, all data collection, storage, and management are the sole responsibility of Estalem. Triogen does not process, access, or use customer data for any purpose.

We collect personal information such as your name, email, billing/shipping address, and payment details strictly for the purpose of order fulfillment, customer support, and improving your shopping experience.

Personal information is collected according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to these practices.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

By submitting feedback (reviews, suggestions, ideas), you grant Estalem a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish such feedback.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and update information without prior notice, even after you place an order.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes. Misuse (fraud, spamming, malware, scraping, harassment, infringement, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains valid.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Estalem.

You may not assign or transfer rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer or assign without notice.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. You and Estalem consent to venue and jurisdiction in the courts of Lebanon.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time. We may update or change them, and material changes will be notified as required by law. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
